If you are already familiar with Psiphon and have set up Psiphon in the past for MTN blackberry or musicplus browsing, then the only changes you need to make in your previous Psiphon setup is to replace either web.blackberry.com or web.musicplus.mtnonline.com with http://172.16.5.226

But if you are a complete newbie in the business and want to setup your android maybe for the first time to enjoy this latest MTN free browsing, then follow the full configuration steps below;

· You need Psiphon, download here

· After download and installation, launch the Psiphon app and set it up as follows;

· Come down to Proxy Type then tap and choose Real Host

· Come down to Proxy Server and input http://172.16.5.226

· Now scroll down to Real Proxy Type and leave it in Default

· under Real Proxy Server input 10.199.212.2 and 8080 for Real Proxy Port

· Then scroll down to the bottom and click Save

Immediately you click save, a pop up message will appear requesting to use Tunnel whole device, just tap on the option to Tunnel Whole Device to bring you to the next phase

· Here choose the Option Menu

· Under this Option menu, you will see select region, tap and select Nigeria

· Still on the Option menu, you will see the More Option tab below, tap it and then come under proxy Settings and tick the Connect through an HTTP checkbox

· Still on the More Option, select Use the following settings

· then come down to Host Address and input 10.199.212.2 and 8080 for Port and finally tick the use proxy authentication checkbox below it

Go back now to the the main page of the Psiphon and tap the start button below, you will get a warning message, tick the box and allow Psiphon to run and wait for it to connect, it will connect and after that just minimize and fire up any browser or app of choice.
